the hyatt regency is super clean and comfy. it's just a quick walk to the performing arts center. i loved the sweet view of the bridge and the lake. the concierge team was so friendly and helpful.

we had an excellent stay at Hyatt Regency. the room was upgraded to a studio room with a beautiful riverfront view. the breakfast was included and delicious. the hotel is conveniently located near the Florida Theater. the front desk and check-in staff were very nice and helpful. the female bartenders were warm and friendly. the beds were extremely comfortable. the valet service was very helpful with arranging taxis.

The hotel is located only two blocks from the Florida Theater, convenient for business travelers. Fitness center with great views and a peaceful location on the river.

I chose the Hyatt Regency for its proximity to the Jacksonville Landing, and the hotel exceeded my expectations with its complimentary wireless Internet access and excellent dining options. The Sports Bar with big screen TVs was a great place to unwind, and the Market restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes.
Missing comforter on one bed.

Excellent view of the river from our comfortable room. The sliding windows allowed for fresh air, and the spacious room was clean. The pool and dinner at the tavern were enjoyable experiences. I'll recommend this hotel.

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront provided us with a wonderful experience. The clean and comfortable rooms, along with the outstanding view, made our stay truly enjoyable. The 24-hour lobby restaurant and the delicious food from the Tavern were a highlight. The proximity to Daily's Place and the courteous staff added to the overall positive experience.
The initial miscommunication regarding the payment method. The front desk staff could have been more clear and accommodating in explaining the options.
